Where you'll make an impactUndertake turf and garden maintenance, landscaping, and constructionImplement pest management and plant nutrition programsSafely operate landscape maintenance equipment in line with Workplace Health and Safety proceduresMaintain aesthetic standards across all island landscape precincts with meticulous attention to detailParticipate in propagation and nursery operations
What we're looking forYou love nature, thrive outdoors, and take pride in seeing tropical gardens flourish.
With an eye for detail and a genuine passion for horticulture, you'll play a key role in keeping Hamilton Island beautiful for our guests and community.
To be successful, you'll needCertificate I, II or III in Horticulture or minimum 3 years' experience in a similar roleManual driver's licence (essential)Irrigation knowledge (desirable)Full Australian working rights – unfortunately this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
