Customer Support Representative (Fluent in English & Japanese)

Purpose of the position:
We are rapidly expanding our workforce around the world and are currently hiring. We invite motivated and engaged people to join us as Customer Support Administrators in a full-time capacity.
These roles will see you working in a high pressure, repetitive natured environment, whilst handling diverse customer conversations and navigating complex systems. You will see yourself working in a highly agile environment as the result of evolving customer, technology and business needs.

Key responsibilities:
- Educate clients in the company's platforms, trading products and rules, and breach/withdrawal procedures
- Manage administration and account set-up of customer accounts
- Work closely with the Finance and Account Management teams to ensure client's needs are efficiently met
- Provide ongoing assistance and testing in the implementation of new systems, technology and processes
- Handling complaints in a timely, professional and courteous manner
- Report customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to prevent potential churn
Selection Criteria:
Essential
- Post-secondary education or the equivalent experience in the field - minimum
- Proven experience working in a customer support team and professional environment
- Highly developed customer service skills, particularly with problem solving, to assist customer needs
- Excellent verbal & written communication in both
- Excellent computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work with individuals from multicultural backgrounds
Desired
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, BComms or equivalent
- Previous administration experience supporting diverse client base
- An understanding or interest in trading, FX or general finance.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player who is willing to go above and beyond to support the team in all aspects of the work
