About the role

Reporting to the Retail Centre Manager and based at our Trivett Automotive Retail site in Parramatta, the Customer Experience Specialist Trainee plays a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging vehicle sales journey. You will be representingSubaru, as a trusted advisor, supporting customers both in-store and online from their first enquiry through to post-delivery follow-up.

In this role you will be responsible for learning, developing and implementing the various functions of a Customer Experience Specialist, whilst displaying the exceptional standards of customer service to ensure that Trivett Automotive Retail is the most customer centric automotive retailer in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

* Learn and develop product knowledgeto deliver comprehensive and informative demonstrations to customers.
* Provide a high standard of customer service for in-store queries, supporting the team in addressing questions about vehicles, aftermarket products, and financial services.
* Learn and develop the ability to clearly explain product benefits and featuresto build strong customer relationships, using interpersonal skills, asking clarifying questions, and anticipating customer needs.
* Help to prepare and process sales contractsas needed.
* Assist with customer trade-insand document processing on delivery day.

About You
You are a customer-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic sales environment. You are passionate about cars, technology, and helping people find the perfect solution for their needs as well as lead a team. You will bring a balance of sales drive and genuine care, always aiming to deliver above expectations.

You will also bring:

* Strong interest or experience in sales, retail and/or automotive industry
* The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms.
* Availability to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu).
