Access Foundation is seeking a passionate and motivated YouthWorker to join our team in Western Australia.

About the Role
As a Youth Worker, you will play a key role in supporting andengaging young people through structured programs and day-to-day interactions.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment foryoung people
* Supporting the delivery of group programs, activities, and drop-in sessions
* Planning and facilitating engaging programs that encourageparticipation and personal development
* Building positive relationships with young people and acting asa mentor and role model
* Providing individual support and guidance, including informalcase support where required
* Encouraging confidence, independence, and social connection
* Ensuring cultural awareness and respect, particularly whenworking with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people
* Working collaboratively with families, community groups, andother service providers
* Maintaining accurate records and supporting programoutcomes
Essential Requirements
* Relevant qualification in Youth Work, Community Services, orwillingness to obtain
* Current National Police Check
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Valid Driver's Licence
* First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Full working rights in Australia
