We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced to join our team as "Trainer and Assessor of CHC50121 - Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Deliver Training**: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions in Early Childhood Education, both in-person and online.
- **Assessment**: Develop and implement assessment tools, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback to students.
- **Curriculum Development**: Assist in the development and updating of training materials and curriculum to ensure they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Student Support**: Provide academic support and guidance to students, addressing their individual learning needs and helping them achieve their educational goals.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all training and assessment activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in Early Childhood Education.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, assessments, and other relevant documentation.
**Essential selection criteria**:
- A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., Diploma or Bachelor's degree)
- Atleast of 4-5 years (the more, the merrier) of experience working in early childhood education and care, with experience in leadership roles, e.g. as an educational leader; centre's director, centre's assistant director, curriculum leader; a room leader
- Minimum 1-year teaching experience in delivering early childhood courses in an RTO or university setting.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or higher
- A valid Working with Children Check and a Police Check no more than 1 year old.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in using digital tools for training and assessment.
- Passionate about education, patient, empathetic, and committed to student success.
