**Your current role** 
The Digital Experience Manager will drive the effective implementation of ECH’s digital marketing platforms and campaigns, coordinate and develop content across social media channels and website, bringing to life inspiring stories that demonstrate the impact of ECH’s services. This role will work closely with the Marketing Manager. 
**What you'll need to succeed** 
To be considered for this role, you will have: 
- Proven experience in the successful design and delivery of digital campaigns that have resulted in increased engagement and brand awareness 
- Experience working and collaborating with a Marcomms team to support strategic priorities and consistent narrative across all marketing, events, media and communications activities. 
- Demonstrated experience delivering engaging and effective digital marketing campaigns in partnership with key internal stakeholders and external partner agencies. 
- Extensive experience in the day-to-day management of social media channels, including creating, planning and scheduling content, as well as reporting on engagement. 
- Demonstrated experience using data and analytics to regularly report on social media and digital marketing activities. 
- Proven experience actively utilising research and making data-driven decisions to underpin all digital marketing and communications activity. 
- Established experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders, capturing feedback and suggestions to develop new marketing concepts based on industry insights and research. 
- Experience developing processes/frameworks and templates to support the timely, efficient, and effective development and delivery of digital content for websites. 
- Possession of a current c class drivers’ licence 
- A Degree in marketing or a related field 
- Extensive computer literacy and design skills using Microsoft Office, website (Wordpress), Salesforce/Dynamics. Illustrator, InDesign, (Photoshop is a bonus!) 
- With the Aged Care Sector being mandated for COVID-19 vaccination, this is a requirement of the position that the successful incumbent is vaccinated against COVID-10 including booster

ECH is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector. This means that you can salary package up to $18,549 per annum to reduce your tax.
