Overview
Balgownie Estate are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service and brand knowledge within our dining and event spaces.
This role requires a blend of leadership, customer service, and operational skills.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support team members during service periods.
Assist with training as required.
Distribute information to the team regarding changes to the menu and offerings, management instruction, and policy and procedure updates.
Conduct periodic staff briefings when required.
Perform all opening and closing duties as required.

About You
A minimum of one year's supervisory experience in a similar role ideally within fine dining, hotels or wineries.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
Ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency to ensure compliance with established standards and guest expectations.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through clear and effective communication with staff and management.
Encourage information sharing and impart product and service knowledge with team members.
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
Valid Food Safety certificate.
Full working rights in Australia.
Must have full permanent working rights in Australia with no restrictions and weekend availability.
