Two Contract Opportunities – Tourism & Global Marketing
Contract until 30 June | $45 – $55 per hour + super | Immediate start preferred
We are partnering with a leading tourism organisation to recruit two contract roles within their marketing and global markets team. These are fantastic short‐term opportunities for experienced marketing and tourism professionals who thrive in fast‐paced, collaborative environments.
Tourism experience is highly regarded, however we will also consider candidates from hotel, events, or hospitality backgrounds who bring strong marketing, PR or stakeholder engagement experience.
Marketing Campaign Executive
2–3 years' experience | Operational & PR Focused
This is a hands‐on, delivery‐focused role supporting marketing campaigns across Metro and Regional Victoria. You'll be responsible for executing PR activity, engaging media and influencers, and driving brand awareness initiatives.
* Liaising directly with media to secure PR opportunities
* Pitching campaigns and managing influencer engagement
* Supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns
* Driving brand awareness initiatives across regional and metro markets
* Coordinating marketing assets and campaign materials
* Supporting stakeholder communications and outbound engagement
This role suits someone energetic, confident and highly organised — comfortable being proactive, detail‐oriented and outward‐facing.
Market Development Executive
2–5 years' experience | Global Markets Focus
A fantastic opportunity for a marketing, PR and events all‐rounder to support global trade and tourism initiatives. Sitting within a Global Markets team, this role supports international market activity and major inbound programs.
* Deliver marketing, PR and event support across international markets
* Prepare for a US inbound mission aligned to a major sporting event (venue sourcing, family coordination, stakeholder liaison)
* Support activity aligned with a major international golf tournament
* Assist with Horizon Club visits including materials, logistics and corporate communications coordination
* Coordinate VIP logistics and site visits linked to major sporting partnerships
* Support the PR agency in delivering against the strategic market plan
* Provide trade marketing support including family planning and engagement around ATE26
This role requires strong stakeholder management, event logistics capability and the ability to work across multiple workstreams in a global‐facing environment.
Must have's
* 2–5 years' experience in marketing, PR, tourism or events
* Tourism experience preferred (hotel, hospitality or event experience also considered)
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience coordinating campaigns, events or trade initiatives
* Confident, proactive and highly organised
* Available for a contract through to 30 June
