The Swan Yacht Club, 2021 Club of the Year, is seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join our crew full–time.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2+ years as a Chef de Partie
* Confidence across all sections: pass, grill, pans, larder
* Solid experience with functions and events
* Available for occasional Monday/Tuesday event work as needed
* Reliable, ego‑free, team‑first mindset
* Own transport and flexible with early starts
* Full working rights in Australia
