Job Title
A Structural Engineer Graduate position is available for a recent or soon-to-be graduate to take part in a 2-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement.
This immersive program provides practical learning through fundamental tasks and meaningful work, including two 12-month rotational placements to gain comprehensive technical and commercial skills training.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Build key relationships with customers and stakeholders to promote reinforcing solutions.
* Participate in project meetings and contribute to technical discussions.
* Collaborate with customers and designers to deliver integrated project outcomes.
* Apply critical thinking to leverage knowledge and experience within the business to deliver optimised solutions.
* Understand engineering workflows to apply into industry BIM solutions.
* Support the ongoing review and revision of Australian Standards.
Eligibility Criteria
* A genuine passion for structural systems within steel manufacturing and distribution.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Willingness to learn and take direction from senior engineers.
* Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights.
* Completion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years in Civil or Structural Engineering.
* Less than two years of full-time discipline-specific work experience.
