Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans for patients undergoing renal treatment.
* Ensuring accurate documentation of clinical activities and procedures.
* Preparing and maintaining dialysis equipment and systems.
* Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.
Requirements:
* NMC Registered General Nurse qualification.
* Familiarity with NMC code of professional conduct.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
