Hotel Leadership Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to lead our team at one of our prestigious resorts. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager with proven operational knowledge and experience as well as the ability to effectively interact with and service guests.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
1. A passion for creating personalised and memorable holiday experiences for our guests through meaningful conversations.
2. Proven experience in leading and engaging a driven team to provide an optimal customer experience in a resort environment.
3. Operational knowledge and experience in all hotel departments, including front office, maintenance & food and beverage.
4. The ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
5. Proven experience in driving and achieving top line revenue and bottom line results.
6. An eye for detail and an analytical mind.
7. Strong financial acumen and management skills.
8. The ability to make sound decisions to ensure the hotel operates efficiently.
9. Effective leadership, organisational and interpersonal communication skills.
10. An open door policy with the ability to train, coach, counsel and develop employees.
