Requirements
* A trade or technical qualification in mechanical or manufacturing engineering is preferred.
* Proven experience in technical client-facing roles, ideally in heavy industry.
* Strong ability to interpret drawings, scopes, and customer requirements.
* Commercial awareness with a knack for shaping value-based outcomes.
* The confidence to work independently in the field while collaborating closely with the wider team.
* Estimating experience is desirable, but what matters most is your ability to engage, influence, and bring clarity to complex client needs.
