About the Job

This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and visitors.

Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting clients, handling incoming calls, and messages efficiently. Accurate staff records must be maintained, and support will be provided with scheduling, filing, data entry, mail, and other administrative tasks.

To succeed in this position, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in reception, customer service, or administration, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
