We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced video producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire video production process from scripting and planning to filming, sound recording, editing, and final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Directing talent, handling live streams or webinars, and managing client communication and distribution
* Scripting & Pre-Production: writing scripts, shot lists, and storyboards; scheduling shoots, locations, logistics, and securing permits; preparing and checking equipment
* Filming & Audio: operating or directing camera, lighting, and sound; directing talent and capturing high-quality footage; setting up microphones, recording clean dialogue/ambient sound, and managing noise
* Editting & Post-Production: importing and organizing footage; editing with software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve), adding transitions, titles, music, and effects; color correction, basic VFX, and supervising assistants
* Delivery & Marketing: exporting in correct formats, delivering via cloud/USB/social media; optional: upload strategies, captions, thumbnails for engagement
* Project Management & Live Streaming: managing timelines, invoicing, budgets, and contractors; planning and running webinars/live events: camera switching, overlays, audio/visual monitoring, audience engagement
* Equipment & Research: maintaining/upgrading gear and staying updated with industry trends
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor Degree or higher in the relevant field
* At least one (1) year of relevant experience
