We are currently seeking a creative, organised and highly organised Junior Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing & Events Manager.
The Role
As the Junior Marketing Assistant you'll support the delivery of dynamic marketing campaigns, help drive brand growth, and play a key role in promoting our weekly cruises, signature events and partnerships.
This role is perfect for someone currently studying Marketing or someone looking to grow their marketing career in a vibrant, hands-on and supportive environment.
Your main duties will include:
General Responsibilities
* Support the marketing team in daily administrative and creative tasks.
* Assist with campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
* Maintain and update marketing databases, mailing lists, and promotional assets.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
* Help coordinate cross-promotions, collaborations, and partnerships.
Digital & Social Media
* Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
* Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and support community management.
* Help track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and compile reports.
* Contribute to brainstorming ideas for social media campaigns and event promotions.
* Manage and respond to Google Reviews (weekly)
Content Creation & Design
* Support in developing visual and written content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
* Support Marketing Manager with photographers, videographers, or in-house creative teams for event content.
* Assist in preparing marketing collateral (flyers, menus, digital assets, signage).
* Responsible print assets (refreshed monthly onboard)
* Responsible for Red Bull screens (refreshed weekly)
Events & Promotions
* Assist with pre-event marketing (ticket launches, influencer outreach, paid ad support).
* Support on-site during events — capturing content, liaising with media or promoters, and ensuring brand visibility.
* Help with post-event reporting and photo/video wrap-ups.
Email & CRM
* Help draft and send email newsletters or promotional campaigns.
* Update CRM systems with patron or promoter data.
* Track email campaign results and audience engagement.
Administrative & Coordination
* Maintain brand folders, shared drives, and content libraries.
* Support relationships with promoters, agencies, and suppliers.
* Assist in updating marketing calendars and timelines.
About You

You're an organised, detail-orientated and eager to learn individual with a self-motivated attitude. You bring fresh creative ideas to the table and approach every task with a positive, can-do attitude.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Currently studying (or recently completed) a qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design Media or a related field – highly desirable.
* Basic understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
* Familiarity with design tools (such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple task, meet deadlines and stay organised in a fast—paced environment.
* Previous experience in Hospitality, Events and/or Nightlife – highly desirable
