**About the Role**
Forming part of the Integrated Project Delivery Team (IPDT) consisting of the client, the Project Delivery Partner (PDP JV) as well as a Project Advisory Partner and an insurance/Risk Advisor. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, as a Contracts Specialist you will be responsible for contracts administration activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for gathering and compiling data essential to the administration of Contracts.
- Also monitors areas of Contract performance as assigned.
- Conducts investigations and inquiries into specific Contract problems and may provide assistance in claims research.
- Maintains working relationships with members of the project team.
- Familiarity with general construction and contracting practices.
**Essential Experience**
- Effective communication skills both oral and written.
- Demonstrated administrative and organisational skills.
- Basic knowledge of contract types, terms and legal requirements.
- Basic knowledge of law, negotiations, accounting or cost engineering gained through education or experience.
- Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- Working knowledge of change management procedures pertaining to Requests for Information (RFIs), change notices, change orders, amendments, and claims and dispute resolution.
- Strong ability to prioritise and stay organised.
- Prepares and maintains control and status reporting documents.
- Moderate supervision with some latitude for judgment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office systems.
