The Role
Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help lead the kitchen team through busy services while maintaining strong standards across food quality, safety, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
* Lead the team during service and drive a positive kitchen culture
* Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and cost management
* Uphold food safety and compliance standards
* Train and develop junior team members
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
* Confidence running a section and leading service
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Reliable, organised, and hands‐on approach
