An exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 to join the Emergency Department at Milton Ulladulla Hospital, part of the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert nursing care to patients with complex needs, while leading the development of specialist clinical practices and contributing to service improvement initiatives. You will act as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff, supporting best practice care delivery and fostering professional development within the team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated clinician with demonstrated expertise in emergency nursing, advanced clinical decision-making skills, and a commitment to patient-centred care.
