Role Description
This is a salary on-site role located in Renmark South, SA, for a Duty Manager. As a Duty Manager at the Renmark Club, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth coordination among staff. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, managing bookings and events, handling customer inquiries or issues, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will help uphold the Club's high standards of quality and hospitality, ensuring an excellent experience for all patrons.
Qualifications
* Customer service and conflict resolution skills to ensure a positive guest experience and address any concerns effectively
* Staff supervision, team management, and the ability to foster a collaborative work environment
* Operational management experience, including overseeing bookings, events, and general venue maintenance
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff professionally
* Good understanding of safety and compliance regulations in hospitality environments
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the nature of the role
* Previous experience in the hospitality or events industry is a requirment.
* Relevant certifications in SA hospitality, RP, RSA RSG is a requirment.
