We are seeking an administrative professional to join our team in a Reception/Front Office role.
This position plays a vital part in ensuring the efficient operation of our community, with primary responsibilities including:
* Providing exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.
* Assisting with administrative tasks to support the community manager.
* Responding to telephone and visitor enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
You will also be responsible for supporting a busy manager or team, demonstrating empathy and respect when interacting with mature-aged individuals, and possessing excellent customer service and time management skills.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated administrative/reception experience, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
In this role, you will contribute to maintaining a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the community. You will be working closely with various stakeholders, including residents, staff members, and external partners.
