About the role
As an Auto Glass Technician at City Autoglass', you will be responsible for safely and expertly repairing and replacing automotive glass. This full-time role is based in our Coffs Harbour Jetty workshop, where you will be an integral part of our team providing high-quality services to our local customers. We are offering an apprenticeship opportunity for the right candidate.
What you'll be doing
1. Assessing vehicle glass damage and determining the appropriate repair or replacement method
2. Carefully removing and replacing vehicle windshields, side windows, and rear windows
3. Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer specifications and industry standards
4. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
5. Providing excellent customer service throughout the process
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience as an Auto Glass Technician or similar automotive glass repair role (but if you're a right fit we will talk)
2. Strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail
3. Ability to work safely and efficiently, both independently and as part of a team
4. Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
5. A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
6. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
