We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to foster and enhance strategic relationships with our most engaged and high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Positioned as a direct point of contact for 'Funded/Traded' account holders the lifetime of their account.
* Ensure allocated clients are introduced to our products and services, contacted regularly and, managed appropriately the life time of their account.
* Engage clients through outbound calls/emails.
* Address and resolve disputes and queries from clients in a timely manner.
* Audit and follow up on client referrals and partnership opportunities.
* Acclimate clients to our trade technology and core trading functionality.
* Acclimate clients to our tradable product offering and relevant specifications.
* Assist with various administrative functions including deposits, withdrawals, adjusting leverage etc.
* Educate clients on market concepts and trade strategy, especially risk management practices.
* Provide general advice on key market concepts including price trends, technical and fundamental strategy, risk management practices.
* Attend and support virtual and in person client appreciation and social events, industry events and workshops.
To succeed in this role you bring:
* Degree in Finance, Business or relevant fields.
* Knowledge of derivatives trading (FX/CFDs) or shares trading is highly preferred.
* RG146 holder or CFA level 1 is highly preferred.
* Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Genuine interest in financial markets.
* Humility to learn and grow within an organisation.
* Resilience to change and passion to drive improvements.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
