Food Preparation
* Assisting chefs with basic food prep (washing, peeling, chopping vegetables)
* Preparing simple ingredients and garnishes
* Storing food correctly and labeling items
Cleaning & Sanitation
* Washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
* Cleaning kitchen surfaces, equipment, and floors
* Taking out rubbish and recycling
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
Kitchen Support
* Setting up and packing down kitchen stations
* Restocking ingredients, supplies, and equipment
* Assisting during busy service periods as directed
* Helping with receiving and storing deliveries
Health & Safety
* Following food safety and hygiene regulations
* Using cleaning chemicals safely
* Reporting hazards, breakages, or faulty equipment
Teamwork & General Duties
* Supporting chefs and kitchen staff as needed
* Following instructions and kitchen procedures
* Working efficiently under pressure
* Maintaining a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
