The Role This is a true office based role where you will lead the People and Culture function for the property while being supported by an experienced cluster team. It is a great step up if you are ready to run your own property but still want access to mentoring and guidance.
You will be across:
* Recruitment and onboarding, giving new team members the best possible start
* Engagement, helping managers build strong positive relationships with their staff
* Workers compensation, RTW programs and WHS, making sure people feel safe and supported
* Training and development, working with the Training Manager to deliver inductions and growth opportunities
* Performance reviews and ER, coaching leaders to handle challenges with fairness and care
* HR systems and compliance, keeping everything accurate, current and running smoothly
