Greenwich Place is a newly built, luxury boutique Aged Care Residence located in Greenwich on Sydney's lower north shore. We are seeking an enthusiastic and diligent Management Accountant to join our friendly and supportive finance team.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, financial reports, budgets, forecasts
* Analyse financial performance and variances to support informed decision making
* Manage audit processes and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and standards
* Contribute to ongoing improvement of financial systems, processes, and reporting
* Collaborate effectively with management, operations teams, residents, suppliers, and other key stakeholders
* Support accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, and reconciliations
* Perform ad hoc duties as required
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience as a Management Accountant
* CA or CPA qualified, with a degree in Accounting or related discipline
* Strong Excel capability and well developed analytical skills
* A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
* Experience with aged care funding and care systems is highly desirable but not essential
* Australian work rights are required for this position
