Restaurant Supervisor Wanted
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team!
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior hospitality role
* Strong bar and cocktail knowledge
* Must hold a valid RSA certificate
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
* Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle busy service periods
* Must be reliable, responsible, and well-presented
* Availability to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays
* Own transportation is essential, there is no public transport available in the area
Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations
* Support staff training, rostering, and team coordination
* Ensure smooth service flow and maintain high service standards
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
* Work closely with the management team to deliver quality guest experiences
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
