The role of Training Partner involves planning, coordinating, delivering and evaluating employment-related training. This includes ensuring high-quality outcomes for staff, participants and external stakeholders who are responsive to and consistent with their needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate employment-related training to increase personal growth and successfully obtain and maintain employment and access vocational opportunities.
* Assist with promotional and marketing activities as required.
* Support and foster the organisation's culture, mission, and vision at all times and comply with policies and procedures.
* Be an effective member of the team, working co-operatively within the team structure and providing backup assistance and support to team members as required.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Compliance/Contract Management.
* Plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate training for external stakeholders.
* Assist in writing tenders and submissions and in the coordination and implementation of training programs.
* Consult and liaise with industry contacts including employers, government, and other training organisations to develop and expand business opportunities.
Requirements
* At least 3-5 years' experience in developing, implementing, managing, and delivering workplace training and assessment in the employment services area.
* Have demonstrated qualities of empathy, integrity, and compassion.
* The ability to establish key relationships with external organisations to support, develop and promote appropriate training programs.
* Demonstrated understanding of assessing training needs and opportunities for job seekers.
Qualifications and skills required include:
* TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
* TAESS00009 Address Foundation Skills in Vocational Practice skillset.
* Proven ability to inspire and motivate training participants from diverse backgrounds.
* High-level knowledge of a range of vocational training packages.
* Proven experience in achieving desired learning outcomes.
* Proven individual and group training skills and experience.
* Proven experience in preparing, delivering, and evaluating vocational training.
* Experience delivering training and assessment via online platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
