About the role
This is a senior leadership position responsible for leading, growing and developing our sales team, driving performance across both residential and commercial, and ensuring our people, culture and results continue to progress to the next level.
You will work closely with the Directors and the broader leadership team to shape sales strategy, support agents in the field, and ensure Ray White Bell Group remains a destination of choice for high‑calibre real estate professionals.
As Head of Growth, you will:
* Lead, grow and develop our sales team
Provide hands‑on leadership to our residential and commercial agents across three offices, setting clear expectations, running effective sales meetings and one‑on‑ones, and supporting each agent’s growth to lift overall performance and professionalism.
* Recruit and build the team
Proactively identify, attract and recruit high‑calibre sales agents and support staff, managing the end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding process to ensure new team members are set up for success from day one.
* Coordinate structured training programs
Design, schedule and coordinate ongoing training and coaching programs for new and experienced agents, covering prospecting, listing presentations, auction campaigns, negotiation and client care to continually improve skills and results.
* Play a key role in the leadership team
Work closely with the Directors and leadership group to contribute to business planning, sales strategy and decision‑making, bringing insights from the frontline to help shape the direction and growth of the business.
* Maintain and develop an outstanding company culture

* Drive our leading auction marketing platform
Continue to lead and enhance our already market‑leading auction marketing platform by refining campaign strategies, partnering with marketing, and supporting agents to deliver exceptional auction results and client experiences.
About you
You will ideally demonstrate:
* Experience in a real estate sales leadership role
* A proven track record in growing people, listings, auctions and results
* Strong coaching, mentoring and communication skills
* Confidence and capability in recruiting and onboarding new team members
* A genuine commitment to culture, people and performance
* Relevant real estate licence/registration (or the ability to obtain this)
