Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead our kitchen operations. This full-time position offers a consistent Monday to Friday roster, ensuring high standards of food preparation, safety, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dual responsibilities in food preparation/presentation and site management.
* Overall cost management with a focus on food and labour costs.
* Stock ordering, rotation, and stocktaking.
* Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices.
* Demonstrable team management, development & leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent, Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, experience managing labour, food, and operational costs, previous experience in operating kitchens and/or site management, strong communication skills, and pride in personal appearance & hygiene.
