We are currently looking for enthusiastic and hands‐on Retail Trade Assistants – Industrial/Trade to join our supportive and high‐performing teams at the Port Hedland store.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service in‐store, via phone and email.
* Assist industrial and trade customers with product advice and sales.
* Manage stock, receive/dispatch goods, and maintain displays.
* Support product demos, upselling, and promotions.
* Safely handle gas cylinders and assist with general yard/forklift work.
* Maintain a clean and compliant store environment.
Requirements
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Self‐motivated and comfortable in a fast‐paced retail/trade setting.
* Good attention to detail and time management.
* Basic to intermediate computer skills (SAP experience a bonus).
* Physically fit – this role includes manual handling tasks.
* Forklift licence (preferred) or willingness to obtain.
* Experience in industrial, welding or safety products is ideal.
