Business Performance Coach

As a seasoned business performance coach, you will work closely with ambitious entrepreneurs to help them achieve more time, profit, and freedom.

This role is not an entry-level position. You will be a results-oriented performance partner for business owners, providing expert guidance and support to drive growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coaching, leading, or running their own business and possess the ability to thrive under pressure while building elite operator skills.

Key responsibilities include:

* Coaching and Execution:
o Run tactical 1:1 and group performance calls (video conferencing)
o Onboard new members with aggressive clarity and bulletproof game plans
o Maintain consistent weekly member action rate %'s
o Lead upgrade and roadmap conversations
o Track all progress in project management tools
o Keep portfolio churn below target
o Turn struggling members around
o CLOSE upgrades and renewals to target
o Identify at-risk members and intervene fast
* Community and Momentum:
o Respond daily via messaging apps (<24h response times)
o Run event sessions, masterminds, and online workshops
o Log member wins and deliver momentum reports as required
o HOLD members to high standards
* System and Structure:
o Follow established call scripts and onboarding flows
o Prep all member or community sessions ahead of time
o Report on member progress and traffic lights weekly
o Participate in daily training sessions with the team

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that matter include:

* Churn rate
* Member progress
* Member wins
* Roadmap and event attendance percentage

As a successful Business Performance Coach, you will have:

* Direct access to training and development from the founder

Requirements:

* Proven coaching, leadership, or entrepreneurial experience
* Ability to thrive under pressure
* Desire to work directly with the founder
* Love driving commercial outcomes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Australia or New Zealand based only
