Production Administrator
The Production Administrator position is responsible for providing administration and operational support to the APPC site. This role involves working closely with the Production Manager, QA Manager, Maintenance Manager, Administration Manager and other departments to ensure operational systems, including safety, compliance and regulatory; are maintained to required standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Review and update company and site procedures.
* Review and development of work instructions, SOPs and Risk Assessments under the direction of the General Manager – Operations.
* Maintaining safety and training records, reports and documents required for all site staff to meet business and regulatory requirements.
* Facilitate training course requests as directed by General Manager – Operations, including required documentation and competency assessments.
* Maintain all required maintenance information into MEX system, in coordination with Maintenance Manager.
* Provide administration support to the site, particularly in periods of high demand.

* Demonstrated ability to organize tasks, with excellent attention to detail and strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
* Administration and or production support experience.
