Claims Management Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team at Marsh. This is a hybrid role requiring work in the office at least three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage workers compensation claims in compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
* Coordinate medical reports, investigations and claims estimations to support claim resolution.
* Collaborate with employees, managers, medical providers and stakeholders to facilitate return to work outcomes.
* Provide strategic advice and case management support to external clients and represent the scheme at tribunals.
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with information release protocols.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in workers compensation claims management.
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and claims management practices.
* Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritise workloads and manage confidential information.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications.
* Experience working with local government or self-insured employers.
* Understanding of administrative law principles and injury management legal issues.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and analytical skills.
