We are seeking a ServiceNow Infrastructure Development Specialist to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM). This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility to work both onsite and remotely while delivering innovative solutions that drive efficiency and improve service delivery.
In This Role You Will Be Responsible For
* Develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions to streamline IT service management processes.
* Optimize ServiceNow ITOM functionalities for seamless integration and improved IT operations.
* Design and deploy ServiceNow ITAM solutions to manage IT assets and ensure compliance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
* Conduct testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.
* Monitor and maintain ServiceNow environments for optimal performance.
* Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues promptly.
* Stay current with ServiceNow features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
* Document processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference.
* Provide training and support to end-users for effective utilization of ServiceNow solutions.
To be successful in this position your experience and skills should include:
* Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM and a deep understanding of IT service management processes.
* Strong background in ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow issues.
