* Business Development and Client Relationship Management
* Initiate and manage business development opportunities, participate in client service, and establish strong relationships.
* Review proposals, approach, methodology, variation estimates, and submission documents, and review subconsultant tender response submissions.
* Operational and Performance Management
* Support group leaders in monitoring and reporting on team performance, contributing to annual business plans and strategic initiatives.
* Ensure optimal team utilization through forecasting, workload management, and delegation of tasks.
* Contribute to developing and maintaining a healthy project backlog through strategic networking and business development activities.
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or planning (or equivalent qualification)
* Minimum 8 years of transport planning experience in public or private consulting environments
* A broad range of skills covering people management, business development, project delivery, and business management
* Highly developed consulting skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
