Job Description
We are seeking Customer Service Officers to support vulnerable communities impacted by flood disasters. The role involves providing frontline customer service, attending to customer needs, and fostering a positive experience for all customers.
This is an estimated 6-week temporary assignment with a strong potential to extend. You will be required to work on a rotating roster across various locations, including Kempsey, Taree, Tuncurry, and Port Macquarie.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Delivering professional and empathetic frontline customer service
* Attending to customer's needs, requests, and enquiries within a timely and accurate manner
* Fostering a positive experience for all customers given their time of need and distress
