We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Officer to assist our Finance Team at Garnsey Campus four days a week. This role is critical in managing the School's accounts receivable processes and supporting the Finance Manager to maintain financial integrity and efficiency.
Essential Requirements
* Experience in finance operations, accounts payable/receivable, or similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for debtor liaison.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Criteria
* Appropriate office administration qualifications and/or experience in a small to medium-sized and diversified organisation.
* Computer literacy, including ability to work with a double-entry accounting system and Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills, including effective liaison with staff across the organisation.
