The Swan Yacht Club, 2021 Club of the Year, We're on the hunt for a solid experienced Demi Chef De Partie to join our crew full-time at the Swan Yacht Club.
Please note:
This isn't a stepping-stone or training role. It's for serious chefs who are confident, reliable, and ready to bring value from day one.
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie is required.
If you're still building experience, newly qualified, or haven't run a proper section — unfortunately, we won't be moving forward with your application at this time.
What we'
1. Confident across all sections: pass, grill, pans, larder — and can hold your own when it gets busy
2. Solid experience with functions and events
3. Available for the occasional Monday/Tuesday for events
4. Monday/Tuesday event work will be required as needed.
5. Reliable, no ego, no drama — just good energy and a team-first mindset
6. Ideally has own transport and flexible with early starts when needed
