About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Delivery Coordinator. As a key member of our Coles Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a consistently safe, seamless and welcoming shopping experience.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage all trolley-related services, including trolley collection and cleaning. You will work closely with your team to ensure that our stores are clean and well-maintained, and that trolleys are always available for our customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop your team through leading by example. You must also be physically fit, able to safely complete tasks such as pushing/pulling floor cleaning equipment and machinery, and pushing trolleys from the car park into the store.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and who has great communication, time management and task prioritisation skills. If you have experience working in a fast-paced environment, and are able to maintain a focus on safety and compliance, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
