Experienced Podiatrists required for a role with a regional health service located approximately four hours from Adelaide. You'll join a medium‑sized allied health team. The role is to start ASAP and is three months ++ in duration.
There are several vacancies across two locations and are open to AHP 1, 2 or 3 level options.
Your Caseload Will Cover
* Rural generalist caseload. The caseload is predominately outpatients, but includes some inpatients, aged care and paediatrics. Opportunities for outreach to rural/remote communities may exist. Caseload allocation will depend on experience.
* Regional/rural experience preferred – experience working with Aboriginal consumers and high‑risk wounds.
* Join a multi‑disciplinary team including OT, PT, SP, SW, O&P, DT. The podiatrists work closely with diabetes educators, orthotics & prosthetics and wound nurses. The podiatryLeft department will soon consist of three contractor/FIFO staff.
* You will be working in the local community. A car is provided for work purposes. The role will be Monday‑FridayService, 37.5 hours per week.
