* Respond to inbound leads with speed accuracy and commercial awareness
* Convert business and maximise revenue opportunities through effective selling and upselling
* Plan and execute events end-to-end from proposal through to post-event follow up
* Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and personalize events to exceed expectations
* Prepare proposals contracts BEOs event reports and run pre-event meetings
* Showcase your passion for people and luxury hospitality by fostering strong client relationships repeat business and excellent reviews
* Consistently achieve or exceed set KPIs
* Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the Hotels goals are met including Reservations Front Office Culinary and Food & Beverage
* Maintain accurate records and reporting across all sales and events management systems


Qualifications :

* A luxury attitude strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
* Proven experience in event planning / coordination (ideally in a luxury hotel)
* Self-motivated sales mindset with strong negotiation and upselling ability
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills managing multiple events with ease
* Experience preparing BEOs running pre-con meetings and producing event reports
* Impeccable attention to detail across proposals contracts and execution
* Proficiency with Opera Cloud and CRM systems
