Available Positions:
1. Service / Retail Manager – Full Time (38 hours per week)
An exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced retail leader ready to inspire and develop a high-performing OTC team.
About the Role
Service/Retail Managers are critical in enabling us to fulfil our purpose because they:
* Provide extraordinary customer service and consult with customers in person and over the phone
* Inspire and lead the OTC team to deliver outstanding and professional service every time
* Support team training and development with a focus on continuous improvement
* Manage rosters and timekeeping for OTC team members
* Ensure the store is beautifully presented and well-stocked
* Demonstrate the value of membership to our customers
Roster
A structured 4-week rotating roster averaging 38 hours per week, including alternate Saturdays.

2. Dispensary Technician – Part Time (31–34 hours per week)
Join our dispensary team and work closely with our pharmacists to deliver exceptional care to our customers.
About the Role
Dispensary Technicians are critical in enabling us to fulfil our purpose because they:
* Assist pharmacists to ensure prescriptions are processed accurately and efficiently
* Provide outstanding customer service
* Maintain well-stocked and organised dispensaries
* Promote the value of membership
* Once fully trained, may have the opportunity to work across our metropolitan pharmacy network
Roster
A 4-week rotating roster averaging 31–34 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some Saturday shifts.

3. Pharmacy Assistant – Part Time (Approx. 24–26 hours per week)
Perfect for someone who loves customer service and retail in a health-focused environment.
About the Role:
Pharmacy Assistants are critical in enabling us to fulfil our purpose because they:
* Provide extraordinary customer service in person and over the phone
* Process transactions accurately using POS systems
* Maintain store presentation and stock levels
* Demonstrate the value of membership to customers
Roster
A 4-week rotating roster averaging 24–26 hours per week, including weekday and some Saturday shifts.

About You
You will ideally have:
* A strong customer service focus
* Excellent communication skills
* A passion for health, beauty and wellbeing
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
* Previous pharmacy or retail experience (highly regarded for Technician and Manager roles)
