Product Development Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Development Assistant to join our team on a 6-month maternity leave cover. This role is a pivotal link between the buyer and supplier, responsible for sending accurate information clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders and ensuring production is completed in a timely manner.
Main Responsibilities:
* Style production: Create and manage style productions, from concept to delivery.
* Production management: Manage production schedules, approve lab dips, trims, strikes offs and bulk fabrics, garment measurements and fittings, sample coordination and technical drawings for our products.
Requirements:
* Graduate degree or qualification in a relevant field, such as fashion, textiles, or production.
* Basic knowledge of product specifications, garment construction and measurement, composition, fabrics and fiber knowledge.
* Understanding of Cut and Sew construction and fabrication.
* Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Illustrator.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail together with ability to multi-task and prioritise to meet deadlines.
