* Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $84,659.00 to $92,701.00 (Clerk Grade 3/4)

The role

The Program Support Administration Officer supports the smooth running of the team by coordinating workflows, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and keeping information moving so staff stay informed and able to meet customer and stakeholder needs. You’ll contribute to project and program delivery by preparing documents, supporting financial and administrative tasks, and maintaining systems and processes that keep the unit operating efficiently.



You’ll be challenged in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities, requiring strong organisation, adaptability, and awareness of agency structures, systems, and procedures. The role requires someone who is confident in responding to enquiries, monitoring shared inboxes, and ensuring documentation and communication are accurate, timely, and aligned with operational requirements.

What you will bring to the role

Key knowledge and experience

Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership in a similar high volume role within a complex and regulated organisation.
