Job Overview:
The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will oversee inventory storage and dispatch activities for our client project. This role involves organizing and managing a small warehouse or storage space to securely store IT parts before dispatching them to designated client sites.
* Inventory Management & Storage:
o Arrange and maintain a secure warehouse or storage area for IT inventory.
o Receive and safely store materials and parts sent by the client.
o Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
* Dispatch Coordination:
o Prepare and deliver parts to assigned site locations based on client instructions.
o Ensure timely dispatch and proper documentation of all deliveries.
o Maintain coordination with project and logistics teams regarding dispatch schedules.
* Storage Area Maintenance:
o Ensure the storage area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
o Implement basic security measures to safeguard client materials.
o Track and report inventory levels and usage.
