Role Highlights
* Customer Service:Greet, assist, and guide customers to the right sheet music and products for their needs, from beginners to professionals.
* Music Retail Expertise:Manage our extensive print music collection, keeping it current, organised, and appealing.
* Sales & Relationship Building:Meet sales goals by building strong customer relationships and offering tailored solutions.
* Community Engagement:Work with local schools, teachers, and music organisations to promote our products and services.
* Store Presentation:Maintain a visually inspiring retail space that reflects the quality of our products.
* Support retail product sales across all product categories
* Event Support Assist with in-store and external events, workshops, and product showcases.
What We're Looking For
* Passion for music and music education (piano skills are a plus, but not essential).
* Previous experience inretail, sales, or customer service, ideally in a premium or music-related environment.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire customers.
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
