We are seeking a Part-Time Assistant Property Manager to work closely with our Licensee by assisting with the end-to-end management of the rental portfolio.This hybrid position offers the perfect balance of remote work and in-person collaboration, making it ideal for someone who values both independence and teamwork.About the Role:As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely alongside the Director/Licensee, gaining valuable hands-on experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our property management portfolio.Your role will involve liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure a smooth and efficient property management experience for our clients.Key Responsibilities:· Assisting with routine inspections, viewings and final bond inspection· Maintenance coordination· Managing tenant and landlord communications· Preparing tenancy agreements and documentation· Ensuring compliance with industry regulations· Supporting the Director/Licensee with all aspects of managing the rental portfolioQualifications & Key Attributes:· 12+ months of experience in property management preferred· Current Property Management Registration, or working towards· Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities· Strong communication and organisational skills· Punctual and well-presented· Ability to work independently and as part of a team· A passion for property management and driven to excelWhat We Offer:· Work closely with the Director/Licensee, gaining valuable insights and mentorship· Hybrid work model – mix of remote and office-based work· Flexible part-time hours.
