Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Canberra City. This is a casual/temporary role, and we require full flexibility during all upcoming State/Territory school holidays.
The successful applicant will have the ability to work effectively in a retail environment and possess excellent communication skills. If you are a people person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Assist customers with queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to make recommendations to customers.
Requirements:

* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience working in a retail or hospitality environment an advantage.
