Job Title: Digital Transformation Lead
The successful applicant will lead the delivery of our organisation's digital transformation roadmap, driving scalable and innovative technology solutions to enhance operational efficiencies while ensuring regulatory compliance and improvement of client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and objectives.
* Oversee the design, implementation, and integration of multidisciplinary digital systems projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
* Direct and support project teams, provide leadership, coaching, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
* Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, secure buy-in, and maintain transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
* Drive continuous improvement by evaluating, selecting, and implementing technologies that enhance operations, compliance, and client outcomes.
* Ensure change management strategies foster system adoption and deliver measurable benefits.
* Maintain compliance with legislative, data privacy, and security requirements, working closely with regulatory and compliance teams.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, whilst applying insights to enhance organisational capability and decision making.
Requirements:
* Degree in computer science, IT, Business, Health Management, or related field.
* Experience in the Australian aged care sector, leading complex transformation programs.
* Proven history in managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
* In-depth knowledge of current and emerging Australian aged care regulatory frameworks.
* Strong stakeholder management and organisational change leadership skills, including system adoption and process transformation.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
